I got the opportunity to shoot side by side as a 2nd photographer with the awesome and talented Peter Bang. I have to say… WOW, this wedding was just AMAZING. You must go to Peter’s blog and check out his images and all the information about why this wedding touched my heart! Even now this wedding is vividly remebered and I don’t think I’ll ever forget Holly, Arash, and their amazing families and friends.
Holly is one of those people that I would love to get to know in person. She is not only beautiful and graceful outside but inside as well. On our way to Brookside Gardens where the ceremony will take place.
As soon as the flower girls saw Holly they got soooooooo excited! Cutest and sweetest thing ever.
Many details! Each of these items beautifully and carefully placed on this table spread ‘Sofreh Aghd’ represents a meaning. Click here to find out more.
Holly’s dad is a sweet, funny, and honorable man!
Quiet moment right before walking his daughter down the asile.
Here is Arash’s mom rubbing two sugar cones ‘Kalleh Ghand’ together above their head showering them in sugar which symbolizes sweetness and happiness.
There was so much love and emotion all throughout the ceremony. My eyes got teary so many times! I loved every part of it. It was so amazing.
Gorgeous and stunning bride, Holly!
Cup of honey which symbolizes sweet life. Immidiately after the couple is married they both feed each other honey. Ring pillow below is an heirloom from Holly’s mom.
After the ceremony we headed over to Washington D.C. and you can view those photos over at Peter’s Blog! On our way to the reception at Westwood Country Club.
I just love this moment.
To Holly and Arash. Thank you for sharing your special day and I wish you a joyful and prosperous life together!
